Local author George DeLuca presents Waterfowl Winterfest, a picture-book documentary celebrating the ecological revitalization of the Merrimack River in Lowell. Drawing on six weeks of daily observations and extensive research, the story highlights the diving ducks that migrated to the Mill City from Canada’s boreal forests during the 2024–2025 winter season. Books will be available for purchase. (Suggested donation: $35, cash or check preferred.)
