Learn the skill and art of watercolor PORTRAIT painting!
This watercolor class will focus on “Portraiture”.
You will learn quick and easy anatomy tricks and techniques on how to paint human and animal portraits.
No experience is necessary.
Students are responsible for bringing their own supplies. You may want to wait to purchase until we are a week out from the start date in case the class is canceled or delayed.
CLASS DATES: THURSDAYS 10/24, (NO CLASS THURSDAY 10/31) 11/7, 11/14, 11/21,
(NO CLASS THURSDAY 11/28),
WEDNESDAY 12/4 ***last class will be held at the Lee County Public Education Center**(FIVE WEEKS of CLASSES)
CLASS TIME: 5:30-7:30pm
Because of scheduling constraints, there will be no Make-Up classes held for this session.
All Lee County Lifelong Learning classes must meet a minimum student enrollment or the class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Watercolor 9x12 pad-10 sheets
Container for Water
Watercolor in tubes or semi-moist pans- 12-16 colors
Palette or palette paper
Various sizes of Soft synthetic round and flat brushes- (example Sizes 1,2 4, 6, 8)
HB, and 4H pencils
1-2 White Gel Pens
Paper towels
No specific brands needed but if asked: Strathmore and Canson paper are favorites. Watercolor: semi-moist prang 16, Arteza, Koi, Reeves. Do not buy Artist Loft pan set, tubes are okay.
