Workshop Saturdays are an excellent time to come learn about a new media or product, receive a compact art lesson and try out products you may not have used before.
April's workshop:
Watercolor pencils are colored pencils that are water soluble. These convenient and portable little painting tools that can be used alone or with other media, are clean, and are easy to use. Their versatility means you can use a single pencil with many different techniques. You can:
Use watercolor pencil dry
Use watercolor pencil with a brush
Use watercolor pencil on wet paper
Dip a watercolor pencil in water
Use watercolor pencil as a substitute for watercolor paints
Use watercolor pencil to add details to a watercolor painting
Any combination of all of the above!
