Grab your Valentine and join us for a fun and friendly watercolor class! No previous artistic experience required.
This will be a fun, comfortable, laid back atmosphere to learn some new skills or build on previous skills.
The goal for the Saturday watercolor classes is to introduce people who may have never tried or have had limited experience with art in a relaxed, fun environment. Watercolor and art in general can be very intimidating to anyone who hasn't had the chance to try, but has always wanted to.
Tom will guide you to create one of a kind valentine themed art with step-by-step instructions. You will learn some concepts such as light vs. shadow, light blending, controlling medium and getting to know your medium. This class will teach you that if can write, you can draw.
Cost is $15 per person which includes instruction and materials. Additional material may be purchased separately if you want to continue honing and practicing your craft once you’ve received instruction. Ages 13+. For any other questions you may email Tom at [email protected].

Our instructor, Tom, is a local artist and winner of the 2023 award for People’s Choice New Art Exhibit. Tom has been fine tuning his his craft for 32+ years.
Art is his life blood and it is all he does. Art is about emotion, post impressionism, and hyper realism. It is about the connection to the piece, through the piece. His greatest joy in art is seeing people’s emotional attachment to each piece.
