Ages 16+Sunday, February 8th, 5-7PM at Apothecorner (Located inside the Kilburn Mill, First Floor, Suite 1-49A)
In this watercolor workshop, you will learn 3-5 basic watercolor techniques and receive individualized prompts and tips for starting your own watercolor painting journey. We will warm up with some simple brush stroke techniques and move into layering colors, focusing on how the paint-to-water ratio and some basic color theory.
All supplies are included, and students will receive some favors to take home to continue working in this medium.
The instructor, Stephanie Sherman of New Bedford Pottery, received her BFA in Fine Arts/2D studies from UMass, Dartmouth in 2006 and her Master of Arts in Art Education from Boston University in 2012.
