Join us for Yuletide at the Museums of Old York on Saturday, December 6, 2026, from 10:30-12:30 pm and celebrate the season by painting your own Seaside Holiday Wreath in watercolor!
In this relaxed and festive workshop, you’ll create a beautiful wreath inspired by the Maine coast — think sprigs of sea holly, coastal evergreens, seaweed, and berries woven together in soft watercolor hues.
Whether you’re new to watercolor or already love to paint, this class offers something for everyone. We’ll explore:
- Basic watercolor techniques (blending, layering, and washes)
- How to paint natural shapes like leaves, shells, and seaweed
- Simple composition tips to design your finished wreath
All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your completed 8x10 watercolor wreath — ready to frame or gift for the holidays!
