Explorations of meditation with watercolor that calls for intuitive and practical exercises that will be explored and demonstrated to help to connect to our inner stability, peace of mind and conscious awareness. We invite you to relax, breathe, explore and clear your mind with meditation and watercolor.

Meditation is a practice to increase awareness of the present moment. In this session we will go through the process

of connecting to our higher energy, using watercolor freely without instructions, simply going with the flow to instrumental music to help reduce, stress, promote relaxation, remaining open to the flow of creativity & enhance personal strength and self-esteem.
