Watercolor 101 is a perfect workshop for those who are curious about the medium, have just begun dabbling in it, or for people just looking for something creative and fun to do!
Watercolors are beautiful and fun!
This carefully designed class will allow all participants to become comfortable creating watercolor paintings of different subjects using a variety of painting methods.
The class will explore background washes, color contrasts and complements, light and dark emphasis, foreground and background structure, overall composition, and how the eye and mind perceive art.
Participants will produce many watercolor paintings to examine and refine their understanding of the "best practices" of watercolor painting.
Classes are 2-hours long.
