The night we look forward to all year!
Our 2025 Parade of Lights will be held on Saturday December 13th, Immediately following the New Milford Commission of the Arts Annual Caroling on the Green.
The Parade will circle The Green, Bridge Street (between main and patriots), Patriots Way, and Young’s Field, and return up Bridge Street. *This year’s convoy will not disperse until it reachs Grove St & East St. You will not be able to exit youngs field towards the bridge*
SPECTATORS: Please plan to exit the downtown area to the North, to ease congestion on Bridge St at the end of the parade.
-use Broadman to get back to rt 7.
-use elm st to get back to rt 202 and Grove St.
PARTICIPANTS:
Participation is open to any Business, Organization, or Citizen who would like to celebrate the Holidays by decorating their cars, trucks, company vehicles in lights and decor. Pre-registration is required by emailing: [email protected]
We insist that all participants abide by our safety standards which include:
No walkers in the parade convoy.
No throwing of candy or treats.
No unsafe practices during the convoy.
Vehicles and displays are subject to inspection at lineup.
Line up will begin at 5pm, ALL participants will enter lineup from West st at Bridge st, any incomplete groups will be directed to staging at the end of west st until complete.
Trophy winners will be invited to a cermemony following the parade!
