This immersive experience will guide participants through spiritual, cultural, and ecological significance of water in Indigenous cultures. Participants will learn about the practices that honor water as a life-giving force and a sacred element. The workshop will feature storytelling, guided walk, and a ceremonial water blessing, fostering a deeper connection to the natural world and our shared responsibility to protect it. Whether you are seeking spiritual renewal, ecological awareness, or cultural enrichment, this workshop offers a space to reflect on water's vital role in sustaining life and community.

About Wye Marsh:
Friends of Wye Marsh is a not-for-profit charitable organization taking care of 3,000 acres of provincially significant wetlands and federal forests in the Heart of Georgian Bay. This National Wildlife Area and recognized Important Bird Area (IBA) provides habitat for a number of significant species including provincially Threatened Least Bitterns, Species of Special Concern Black Terns, and the famous Trumpeter Swans
