About this Event
Water is our life force, without this element we cannot live long. It hydrates us, cleanses our bodies and nourishes all the living beings on this planet. This element helps us unlock our flow and our emotional energy. Water is the essence of life and embodies stillness, reflection and renewal. Let the flowing frequencies of this sound bath invite emotional release and inner calm.
The focus of this sound bath is to connect with this element through the power of sound and vibration. Starting with a mini meditation, diving into the energy of water. Then we will flow along this journey using a rain stick, chimes, Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and a waterfall disk. Bringing in the essence of water to this experience.
The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Twin Peaks Wellness Boutique, which has recently closed. The space is now called Plume Apothecary. Go past the waiting area. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is extremely important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
