Water dance is back at Aria with two 4 week courses: intro to water dance and water dance: a small, quiet dance.You must do the first course to do the second. We will move in and underwater, solo and assisted
In the second course, we look at:
methods to generate fluid movement and rotations
using small movements in the body to explore how these can accumulate towards individual patterns of movement
experimenting with pace, stillness and quietness within our dances
