Water Dance Fundaments - 6 day transformative course Learn to heal people in Water. This course is designed to give you the first steps to learning aquatic therapy.

? Attract a broader client base by addressing a wider range of needs such as pregnancy, rehabilitation, and stress management.

The objectives of the course are
? To understand the element of water its effects and how to harness its qualities.
⚓️ Grounding and best practices to ensure safety for giver and receiver.
? Addressing water fears and techniques to overcome them.
? Guide an under water exploration and fluid breathing.
? Learn a WATA sequence to begin your journey of Water Therapy.
✍️ Facilitate an effective consultation
? Build trust by understanding unspoken needs

Location: Alftarneslaug, close to Reykjavik Iceland
Dates: 8th to 13th June
Timing: 9:00 to 18:30 (half in the pool and half on land)
Lunch: 13:00 - 14:30
Course fee: 150,000 ISK / 990 Euros
Included in the fee: 6 days of training + Pool Fees + training material Prerequisites: None, open to all . The fundamental level is open to anyone with a desire to explore WaterDance.
Certification: WABA Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association.
50 hours - Qualifies participants to do WaterDance Level 1

Accommodation
The course does not include accommodation and food, let us know if you need assistance.

Requirements
. Taking notes and journalling is highly recommended
. We will provide you with floats and nose clips. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
. Please review the local weather conditions for Iceland and make a decision based on your affection to cold.
. Layers are always a good idea.
. A water proof jacket and trousers will also be helpful, umbrellas are not the most efficient due to winds.
. For the course, we suggest you have 2 pairs of swim wear and towels.
. For the land class, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing.
