This intimate gathering (limited to 10 participants) invites you to reconnect with the element of Water through a carefully curated blend of mindful and creative experiences. Rooted in calm, connection, and reflection, the day offers space to pause, reset, and gently return to yourself.
WATER Retreat Includes:
•Flow Meditation
A calming session to attune to the qualities of water, ease, intuition, and release, helping you soften into the day with presence and flow.
•Cyanotype Creative Workshop
Discover the magic of cyanotype printing, an alchemy of light and shadow that captures delicate shapes in deep indigo blue. Create your own unique artwork to take home. No experience needed.
•Journaling for Reflection or Nature Walk
Guided prompts invite you to follow your own inner current, uncovering clarity and emotional flow through gentle writing.
•Restorative Yin Yoga
A soothing practice inspired by the element of water, designed to bring balance, stillness, and deep relaxation to body and mind.
•Sound Healing
We close the retreat with a deeply restorative sound bath, a meditative journey of vibration and resonance to leave you calm, spacious, and in tune.
