Overcome Your Fears and Improve Water Confidence Workshop
Back by popular demand my workshop to help you overcome your fears.
If you would love to master your confidence and overcome your fear of water then join me on Sunday 9th June 2024 for my Water Confidence Workshop.
There are just four spaces in this workshop and together we will master your swimming confidence by understanding how to work with the water.
The workshop is one of a kind, so much more than simply learning techniques. Together I will show you how you can move freely through water with confidence, by understanding how water works.
This workshop is tailored to those who are beginners, or weak swimmers or even non swimmers who would love to conquer their fears and start enjoying the water .
Join me on Sunday 9th June at 1:00pm for an hour and together we will:
- Relax in the water rather so you can swim with ease and confidence.
- Understand how by working on your breath work can maximise your swimming enjoyment.
- Master your water confidence, so you can be mindful while swimming.
All sessions take place in a private pool for your convenience and privacy. Your fears and dreams are listened to, and you'll be coached to become the best you can be.
Your wellbeing is always my no 1 priority.
Stop overthinking and start enjoying your time in the water - think of all those wonderful activities you'll be able to join in with your friends, partner, children, and/or grandchildren.
Or even start wild swimming.
Try paddle boarding, kayaking, or diving.
