Around 98.5% of your cup of coffee is water, but we only ever talk about the other 1.5%. How does the water we brew with affect how our coffee tastes? Will water that tastes good always produce the nicest cup of coffee? What kind of adjustments can you make to the water you brew with at home? Put on your mad scientist hat to answer these questions and more at our Water Chemistry Workshop in Bristol. Open to casual coffee drinkers, professionals, and enthusiasts alike!
