This class will be held in person and will have a cost of $20 per person. Please be prepared to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the class.
Program Description
This hands on canning experience will provide research-based recommendations for safe, home canning practices.
Whether you are new to canning or simply looking for a refresher course, this workshop will help you select equipment and tools, teach food safety tips, and provide all of the steps needed to safely preserve food at home. In this workshop the participants will make a delicious jam recipe that they will get to take home.
Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
