Water Bath Canning - How to Can Applesauce

Instructor Elizabeth Miller will be offering this how to workshop in Water Bath Canning. Students will learn to make applesauce and how to can it for storage. Participants will get one quart jar of applesauce to take home.
Class takes place on Saturday, September 22 at 2pm to 5pm at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset. The length of the class depends upon how many participants.
*Please bring a peeler.
Cost: $30 nonmembers/$24 members plus a $25 materials fee all payable to Laurel Arts.
