Watchers of the Old Ways welcome you to join us for Litha Summer Solstice Ceremony. It falls on the 21st June when the Sun has reached the full return to light. We are holding it on the nearest Saturday on 15th June at our NEW location, the Sun Circle at Avebury stones. Midsummer, is the longest day and the shortest night of the year. There is plenty of Free parking for National Trust members, please check for parking fees.
Donations are invited please to me to cover the costs of mead and cakes etc for the next Ceremony.
I am hosting and providing a Cream Tea Strawberry picnic from about 1pm. Do bring your own drinks/tea ? and sandwiches and please bring cakes etc to share ❤️ This will give us a chance to meet up and attune to the Stones that we will be working with going forward.
Bring Drums if you have one. Bang to Rites will be performing for us and Border Morris throughout the course of the afternoon.
Family friendly as always, well behaved dogs on leads also welcome.
So excited to welcome you all ?
Brightest blessings
Rebecca
