Join Waste to Wonder artist Quimetta Perle in making a multimedia fabric collage inspired by her “Sea Witchy” art piece. Influenced by female water spirits, fairy tale characters and goddesses that take a human/fish form, Quimetta’ s artwork can be a jumping off point for your own piece about fairytales or mythical creatures and gods. Utilizing the fabric, notions and other do-dads at Resource Depot, with guidance by the artist each participant will create a whimsical piece of artwork to take home with them. This workshop is geared towards adults (Ages 16+). Advanced registration required. Registration Closes Friday, February 13th at noon. No experience necessary and all materials provided.$20 Per person
