Our family's version of a Wassailing event will take place on January 17 at our Apple Mill. Traditional Wassailing events in Anglo-Saxon times were meant to toast and bless the following year's apple crop. We will toast our apple crop while enjoying a warm Wassail cocktail.What to expect:
