Join us to bless our orchard in the time-honoured way, with a Wassailing! This lovely ancient British folk custom celebrates the trees and land spirits to ensure abundant fruitfulness in the coming year.We'll have a roaring fire, a procession round the trees ( please bring instruments and implements to bang, clang, rattle and toot!)...
then sing some wassailing songs and share hot mulled cider & apple juice from the Wassail Bowl!

PLEASE PARK AT DARTINGTON CIDER PRESS CENTRE.
Then walk up the footpath through the woods, out into Huxhams Cross, and left into the orchard. Thanks!
Disabled can park at Huxhams Cross around the green.
The bus no 88 stops right by Huxhams Cross. So come without a car if you can.
