Washington. The Will to Win & Conquering Adversity 1732-1799

The Stanly County Historical Society has a wonderful slate of events planned for 2026 that are part of the celebration for the 250th anniversary of the United States. The first presentation, “Washington: The Will to Win & Conquering Adversity, 1732-1799” will be held on Thursday, January 29 at 7pm at Central United Methodist Church in Albemarle.
