The session will close with a thoughtful reflection to bring the morning full circle, leaving everyone energized, grounded in purpose, and ready to carry the momentum forward in their own roles, organizations, and communities.

Optional Focused Work Session - Realizing the Dream of ECE Access
Info: Let’s get clear and on the same page of what Early Learning and Care data looks like in Washington state. We’ll overview a shared understanding of the data landscape and a proposal to change our state’s data practices for the better. With full intent to receive input and feedback, our session will focus on coordinating our participants towards realizing a dream of Early Care and Education access centered in partnership and building trust for the higher quality outcomes our little treasures deserve.

Optional Focused Work Session - Building Connections in the P12 STEM Ecosystem
Info: In the P-12 STEM session, we’ll explore the education ecosystem that supports a student’s path to graduating STEM literate and how to enable key indicators and outcomes along the way. As decision-makers and leaders across this ecosystem, participants will learn about the policies, practices, and content (including AI) that are currently shaping student engagement in STEM and, by extension, their future career pathways. This discussion will be grounded in student voice and sense of belonging, connecting system-level work to student experience.
