- This class will outline the most recent revisions in our statewide forms. We will go over:
- New Buyers Commission changes
- Proper ways to complete the contract
- What is meant by the different line items
- Most common addendums to support the contract
- Common mistakes that agents make
IF THIS CLASS HAS LESS THAN 8 ATTENDEES SIGNED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CLASS THEN CLASS WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
REFUND POLICY:
If written notification of registration cancellation is received at least five (5) business days before the course commencement date, the registration fee, less cost of materials received and Eventbrite transaction fee, will be refunded. No refund will be made due to non-attendance.
In the event any course is cancelled due to insufficient registration, government regulation, or state or local ordinance, all efforts will be made to first reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be made to all registrants.
