Well, our Washington DC Monuments by Night workshop last weekend, unfortunately was rained out. But the good news is that we have a new makeup date where you can now join, if you were unable to make the first one. �Workshop will be on Saturday, July 13, 2023 from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. In this class, you will get hands on instructions and learn how to photograph and capture breathtaking nighttime images of our nation's capital, from sunset to dusk, of the exciting monuments and memorials in Washington DC! Join Tracy and me for this very unique and fun nighttime photography class.
In this workshop, You will learn how to capture long exposure images. You will learn tips and tricks to capture interesting compositions and learn about framing your shot and getting postcard looking photos that will wow your family and friends.
We’ll be capturing incredibly beautiful images in the heart of spring, of the tidal basin and the Jefferson Memorial, the WWII Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Lincoln Memorial.
In order to get the best results for this workshop, I recommend a DSLR or mirrorless interchangeable lens camera with lenses in the range from 14mm-100mm or greater. A sturdy tripod is also recommended. I do have one tripod I can loan to one student during the class if you do not have one. Just email me to let me know prior to registering.
This class is going to be an overdose of fun! Don't miss the chance to take breathtaking night photographs of Washington's most beautiful monuments, brilliantly lit up on a summer night!
