The Washburn Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot is back! This fun family event will take place on November 28th. For the full details and to register please visit https://washburnchamber.com/events/washburn-thanksgiving-day-turkey-trot/
Same day registration will start at 8am at the Washburn Chamber Office with the fun run starting at 8:30am. The cost is $30 per person through November 27th and $40 for day of registration. All proceeds go to Homecoming 2025.
This year instead of a medal, finishers will get a special edition Washburn homecoming knit hat while supplies last. You can also order Turkey Trot Shirts on the registration site.
Participants may run or walk the course along the shore of Lake Superior. The Washburn Area Chamber office is home base providing walk in registration, start, and finish.
The Washburn Area Chamber of Commerce is covered by general liability, but does not have or provide medical coverage for participant injuries incurred in the normal course of the activity or event. It is advised and recommended that all participants make arrangements for their own medical coverage. You will be asked to sign a participant waiver the day of the event.
