
About this Event
Hispanic Heritage Month is Sept. 15 - Oct. 15 and is celebrated nationwide. It traditionally honors the cultures and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. During this month and throughout the year, many share the history, heritage, and accomplishments of Hispanic and Latino Americans of past and present. Washburn will recognize the start of Hispanic Heritage Month by coming together for food and conversation. This event is free for all Washburn students, faculty, and staff, although they need to register in order to attend as there is limited seating. Community members are invited to join for $10 per registration.
