Izabela Torres – jedna z pierwszych Instruktorek salsy kubańskiej w Polsce, wyszkoliła wielu Instruktorów, którzy dziś prowadzą swoje własne studia. Ceniona również na Kubie za swoje zaangażowanie w promocję korzeni salsy SON i RUMBY, od kilku lat intensywnie prowadzi warsztaty tych dwóch niezwykle ważnych gatunków, które stanowią podstawę kubańskiego stylu salsy.
Yeranni Poll – kubański tancerz i instruktor, specjalizujący się w różnych stylach tanecznych, takich jak Son, Rumba, Columbia, Salsa, Afro, Congo oraz Palo, czyli tańcach afrokubańskich. Obecnie pracuje w szkole Just Move jako nauczyciel i instruktor różnych stylów tanecznych, w tym salsy z elementami rumby (salsy z afro), rumby (Son tradycyjny) oraz tańców nowoczesnych i afro. Jego tańce mają mocne, energetyczne elementy rumby, obejmujące różne gatunki, a także Columbia, zarówno dla kobiet, jak i mężczyzn.

13:00 SON cz1 - baza techniki son, praca solo, umiejętność używanie akcesoriów typowych dla son – panie wachlarzyki / panowie kapelusze – zajęcia polecane wszystkim tancerzom salsy.
14:00 SON cz2 - praca w parach, sekwencje typowe dla son.
15:00-15:10 przerwa kawowa ze stolikiem kawowym i przekąskami.
15:10 SALSA cz1 - propozycje kroków solo tzw salsa suelta, elementy innych technik jak rumba, merengue , wzbogacanie stylu.
16:10 SALSA cz2 – sekwencje w parach, w finale zamiana i utrwalanie figur w kole tzw Rueda de casino.

Instructors:
Izabela Torres – one of the first Cuban salsa instructors in Poland, who has trained many instructors now running their own studios. She is highly regarded in Cuba for her commitment to promoting the roots of salsa – SON and RUMBA. For the past few years, she has been actively conducting workshops on these two key genres, which form the foundation of the Cuban salsa style.
Yeranni Poll – a Cuban dancer and instructor, specializing in various dance styles such as Son, Rumba, Columbia, Salsa, Afro, Congo, and Palo, the traditional Afro-Cuban dances. He currently works at Just Move School as a teacher and instructor of various dance styles, including salsa with rumba elements (Afro Salsa), rumba (Traditional Son), as well as modern and Afro dances. His dances are characterized by strong, energetic elements of rumba across various genres, including Columbia for both women and men.

13:00 – SON Part 1: Basics of Son technique, solo practice, learning how to use typical Son accessories – ladies with small fans, gentlemen with hats – highly recommended for all salsa dancers.
14:00 – SON Part 2: Partner work, typical Son sequences.
15:00-15:10 – Coffee break with snacks. ☕🍪
15:10 – SALSA Part 1: Solo steps (Salsa Suelta), incorporating elements from other techniques like Rumba and Merengue to enrich your style.
16:10 – SALSA Part 2: Partner sequences, ending with a figure practice session in a group circle known as Rueda de Casino.
