This can be an opportunity to meet up different trainers and to get in touch with some of their activities.
**Yoga, Mindfullness, Fitness, Street workout and much more, together with lunch pic-nic and good company!
Let's meet on Sunday July 17th at 9:30am at Pole Mokotowskie park.

9:45 - 10:10 | Free Yourself in Art | Sze Chau
? We will create their own bookmark or affirmation card. We will use meditative symbols to help relax and express emotion through simple art.
About Sze : Registered Art Psychotherapist & RYT200 Yoga Teacher. Working with family & couples, children & teenagers in Warsaw. Offering 1-1 service, online therapy, art and yoga workshops.

10:15 - 10:40 | Our Senses in Movement | Gosia Jaroń (she/her)
??‍♀️ This is not your typical yoga session! Join this yoga-inspired sequence & use all your senses while moving. Together we'll learn how to understand your body's position in space when focusing on particular senses.
About Gosia: A certified yoga teacher (CYT 200h), social & climate justice activist and an experienced facilitator in the area of Peace Education. Founder of GOJA YOGA - a Warsaw yoga studio and practice focused on everyone's unique capacities. Together, we adjust poses to your needs rather than you to the poses.

??‍♀️ Vinyasa yoga class aim to build self-awareness and being in the present. This class will use the techniques of mindfulness and therapeutic postures synchronized to yogic breathing.

? We will repeat rounds of movements, breathing and meditation
About Aylin: Yin yoga instructor and breat- body- mind teacher. I combine my yin yoga practices Chinese Medicine ( Elements, meridian and yin- yang theory) I work mostly people who live with too much stress, anxiety and panic in their life.

? Intro session of dancing mindfulness for anyone who likes music and movement. A typical session lasts from 45 mins to 2 hrs depending on the venue. To begin with practicioner creates a safe environment where people can express and process their emotions through movement. During the practice practitioner engages group with some movement propositions mainly based on sensory relief and breathing methods for stress reduction. Each session is supported with storytelling as the inspiration for personal growth. And it ends with relaxation, guided imaginary.
About Begüm: Founder of mypeaceoclock where you can find weekend workshops for dancing mindfulness, music and relaxation, as well as online and in-person coaching sessions. Mypeaceoclock aims support people's wellbeing through expressive art and coaching practices. Background: Full-time team leader and also Certified Flow Coach who is a student of ICF ACC level accreditation, dancing mindfulness facilitator and positive EFT practicioner. Also gives stress management trainings for employee engagement&efficiency.

❤️ I will show you how to ask a question to your intuition to get a reliable answer. We will be working with coaching cards and tarot.
About Kat: University lecturer and researcher. My area of expertise is self-directed learning and intercultural communication. For over 10 years I’ve been teaching Polish as a foreign language in Croatia.
