About this Event

Warriors in Gardens LLC is kicking off with their first event called Boot Camp. This is a support building and transformative experience intended to help men be better for themselves and the community. Hosted by George Gogas who uses his years as a mental health therapist and experience as a combat veteran to help men be better for ourselves and those around us. This one day course is intended to offer the space, tools and education to live a life based on The Warriors in Gardens Seven Principles which include: Principle 2) Support and Protect our Families and Communities and Principle 7) Be Assertive not Aggressive. This will include topics like: support building, mindfulness, communication skills, relationship forming and improving, de-stigmatizing Masculinity, health and wellness education and team building. Although this is called Bootcamp we will treat you better than the Army would and it won't be too physically demanding. We will have guest speakers from financial and fitness world. Bring your own lunch or food truck on site for event. The day will be capped off with an initiation ceremony and time by the campfire. Let's start a movement!
