The event starts at 10am Sunday 27th October
There’s 24hr weigh in 10am-11am 5pm-6pm and on the day 8am-9am.
Free membership for 2024.
Entry fee £35
Medals for top 3 in each catagory

You can qualify for the IPL britsh finals in November if you hit a class 11 qualification calculator on the IPL website.
You can also qualify for the http://britishpowerliftingunion.co.uk/competitions/
British Championship through this qualifier if you hit the A/BPU qualifying total
