About this Event
Welcome to our Warm your soul mini retreat!
Run by Beth and Annalisa, we will be going on a beautifully relaxing, healing journey together, taking a break from our busy, demanding lives in the run up to Christmas.
We will spend time in circle, facilitated by Beth, gently looking inwards, taking much needed time to reflect on where we are and what we need. There will be time to journal, and some time to share if you are called to, but equally time to stay silent if you prefer.
There will be warming drinks and delicious treats to enjoy.
We will then lie down and be bathed in sound, allowing ourselves to process whatever may have come up in the first half of the session, to deeply relax and enjoy the healing vibrations of the sounds.
At the end of the sound bath, we will offer gentle, relaxing touch for those open to it.
We hope you will leave this session feeling more open, calm, peaceful and relaxed.
Please note, as a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are played off the body. The one main exception is for people with sound induced epilepsy (which is very rare), and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions. Additionally, during the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy we also advise caution for working with healing sounds. If there is anything you would like me to know about before the sound healing, please let me know, so I can adapt the session accordingly.
We will send an email out with more details of what you need to bring etc nearer to the event, but some details here-
