Demonstration.About this Event
Celebrate the contributions of Black chefs, cooks and cookbook authors by learning to create these dishes that feature seasonal vegetables. Our instructors will show you how to make each recipe as you sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Participants who are 21 years of age and over will enjoy a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with the meal.
For ages 21 & up.
Menu:
- Chilled Corn & Tomato Soup with Pickled Green Tomatoes
- Boston Bay Jerk Chicken with Roti
- Spicy Grilled Garden Egg ( Eggplant) Salad
- Spiced Lemon Chess Pie.
Safety & Precautions
- You will receive a link to a waiver in an email 2 days prior to class.
- We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
- Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
