Join us for a 70-minute all levels class which starts with a 30-minute Zumba warm-up, and ends with 30 minutes of deep stretching and yoga.
About this Event

This session is led by two instructors.

Anahita Nayebi is a freelance dance instructor specializing in contemporary, and a variety of modern dances. She will lead you through the Zumba portion, focusing on creating group synergy through rhythmic movements.

Shiva Mahdavi who is an experienced hatha yoga instructor will conclude the session with yoga, and a final relaxation. This part of the session is aimed at reducing stress, and rejuvenating the mind and body.

refreshers will be provided after the session by Miraas Cafe and Pastry.

Please be there 30 minutes prior to the start of the event as finding a parking spot might be tricky. It is better to use public transportation to get to the park.

Please bring a yoga mat for the second part.
