Warm Up with Winter Yoga
Join Caitlin Lowe as she guides you through a four-week yoga series. Each class will include movement, mindfulness and breathwork to help lift your spirits during the winter months. This welcoming open-level yoga class is perfect for students of varying abilities. We will explore a variety of postures with options for modification. Expect a mindful approach with attention to breath and body awareness.
Please bring a yoga mat and a towel.
About Caitlin Lowe Yoga
Caitlin Lowe started practicing yoga more than 20 years ago. Her introduction to the practice was a couple of classes at a local gym and a lot of time spent with yoga DVDs in her bedroom. Through life’s ups and downs, yoga is one thing that she has continually returned to. While her practice has evolved over time, she has consistently found something special in yoga that she didn’t find in traditional “workouts.” While she loves how yoga makes her body feel, the mental and emotional benefits are what have kept her coming back year after year. Whether pausing for a few minutes to focus on her breath in the middle of a challenging day or taking a class at home or her local studio, yoga helps her feel more connected and at peace.
Wanting to share the benefits of yoga with others led Caitlin to complete her 200-hour RYT certification at the Bhakti Barn School for Yoga in Millburn, NJ. She recently launched Caitlin Lowe Yoga and is excited to share this practice and believes yoga can be enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
