WARM UP SESSIONS, WITH NOVAWOOLF
Come and warm up with us this winter and discover your healthiest, happiest you! Whether you have a regular yoga practice, or are only just starting out, our winter warm up sessions are designed to welcome you, stretch you (a little bit) out of your comfort zone, and hold space for you wherever you are on your wellness journey. We will flow through gentle postures, build some heat and ignite that fire inside, and make some time to connect with new faces over a hot cup of chocolate. Whether you are seeking to unwind, improve your fitness and flexibility, or create mindful moments of connection, this session is for you!

What to expect:
✨We have specially curated an amazing team of experienced yoga instructors who will lead you through a delicious 1-hour yoga flow session, suitable for all levels.
✨Experience the luxury of NOVAWOOLF's premium yoga mats - no need to bring your own mat.
✨After the session, we will serve up some refreshing kombucha, while you will have some time to chat and relax.

What to bring:
✨No need to bring a yoga mat - all yoga mats will be provided.
✨Dress comfortably - you will move and build a bit of a sweat, but please also bring something warm for afterwards.
