About this Event
Are you interested in learning more about the Junior League of Salt Lake City and what it is like to be part of a community of women committed to leadership, service, and meaningful impact? We invite you to join us for our Warm Hearts & Cozy Vibes Mixer. This event is designed especially for prospective new members who want to meet current members, ask questions, and experience the welcoming environment of JLSLC.
This mixer is an opportunity to:
• Meet and connect with current League members
• Talk with other prospective members
• Learn more about the New Member experience and placements
• See how JLSLC blends community service with friendship and personal growth
What to Expect
Attendees can look forward to a relaxed afternoon that includes holiday treats, hot cocoa, a holiday movie, simple seasonal crafts, and a gift-wrapping station for the items donated to our community partners. Guests are encouraged to wear cozy holiday pajamas or a festive ugly sweater. This is a comfortable environment to learn about JLSLC, ask questions, and get to know the women who make up our League.
Supporting Our Community Together
During the event, we will be contributing to two community partners:
- Sub for Santa – Huntsman Cancer Institute Family
We have been matched with a family of five children for the holiday season. If you would like to participate, you may sign up for a gift and bring it unwrapped to the event. - Friends of the Children – Utah
We are collecting shelf-stable, kid-friendly snacks to support their students during winter break. Items like crackers, peanut butter, applesauce, and fruit leathers are especially helpful.
