About this Event
As the many overlapping crises of this era intensify, so too does our call to meet them. The possibility for responding together is not based on how much people know, or who knows what. The possibility is in people improvising together.
While there are no straightforward solutions to our collective problems, when we pay attention to our stories and our relationships with one another, the depth of our interdependency and the complexity of our world come into view.
In times of fragmentation, this is a place to find one another again.
Here, you might enjoy listening to others’ enriching stories, be surprised by what you feel inspired to share, hear random bursts of laughter drifting across the room, and notice the emergence of deep insights.
Warm Data Labs are suitable for all ages. Everyone is welcome and there is no need to have any prior knowledge or experience to take part. All you are asked to do is bring your curiosity and your stories.
This event is being generously cohosted by COhatch. Light refreshments will be provided ☕️
What’s a Warm Data Lab?
Developed by Nora Bateson, a Warm Data Lab is a gathering where participants share their stories and observations about a common question, moving between small groups to explore the day’s topic from different directions. Everyone moves whenever and wherever their curiosity takes them, listening to and creating new points of view. In the last half-hour we come back together as one group and share what we’ve noticed, weaving together the sense we’ve been making.
