Step back into the 80’s for a fun and energizing Warm Barre Fusion (that's right WARM not hot) class at Steamtown Hot Yoga & Barre! Join instructor Lynne Duncan for this special themed session that blends barre, yoga, and fitness - all while supporting Team Allied and runner Wally Sokolowski in the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon.
What to bring: water, a towel, and a mat (optional: your best 80’s workout gear!)
Expect upbeat music, a great workout, and plenty of fun
