About this Event
Are you a Warhammer fan looking for an opportunity to connect with other enthusiasts and learn new skills? Look no further than our weekly Warhammer event! We welcome players of all levels and backgrounds to come and join us for an evening of painting, battles, and socializing.
Our event will feature an area where you can paint, plus there will also be a variety of tables set up for 40k or K*ll Team Battles. Come along and improve your Warhammer skills and meet like-minded players.
This is a great chance to meet new people who share your passion for Warhammer, learn new techniques, and have a lot of fun. So whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, come and join us for an evening of Warhammer excitement. We can't wait to see you there!
Warhammer Club Night – Wednesday 5th November
🕔 Time: 5:00pm to 10:00pm
📍 Location: H@ME & EAT, Bishops Stortford
📅 Booking Required: To help us plan the best experience for everyone, please book your spot in advance.
🎲 What to Bring: Bring your own Warhammer miniatures, dice, and gaming gear. We’ll provide tables, and there will be limited mats and terrain available—feel free to bring your own or hire ours on the night.
🍔 Food & Drink: Drinks and food will be available to purchase throughout the evening
👨👩👧👦 Under 18s: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Arrive & Set Up
Info: Doors open! Grab a drink, check in, and get your table sorted. This is a great time to meet other players, set up your armies, and browse available mats or terrain. Staff will be on hand to help with table arrangements or terrain hire.

Pairings & Mission Briefs
Info: We’ll help pair players up for games (or you can arrange your own matchups). Once you’ve got an opponent, you can agree on a mission or pick one from a suggested list. Narrative, matched play, or casual — it’s up to you.

Game Time!
Info: Roll dice and let the battles begin. Most games will comfortably fit within this window. Feel free to spectate, chat, or just soak in the hobby energy if you’re not playing a full game.

Pack Down & Social Wind-Down
Info: Wrap up your games and start packing away. If there’s time, grab a last drink and chat hobby with fellow players. We'll be clearing away the tables by 10:00 PM.
