This is the Gaming Arena's first Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Spearhead league.The league will cost non Silver+ Gaming Arena members $10, plus $5 per game night. If you are not already a member, now is a great time to sign up to one of our Silver, Gold or Platinum memberships which include league play and free table hire (plus more)
Each round will go for 2 weeks (with a some rounds extended due to holidays and other events). The default league night is Friday night, however you can arrange anytime to play your opponent, however it must be in store. If both player's can't arrange a time to play, and one can confirm they are able to play on the default league night, then that player will receive a win, otherwise it is considered a draw. Any game not entered in BCP by the end of the round will be entered by the TO team as a double loss.
You will have the opportunity of changing your Spearhead just once, in the first season we will be relatively flexible, and you can change from any Spearhead to any Spearhead (still just once). Season 2+ we are looking at locking people to a faction still.
There will be no paint requirement for the first 2 rounds. After that we will require at least one additional unit battle ready each round. So Start of round 3 you need 1 unit battle ready, round 4 you will need a 2nd unit battle ready, etc. Until the entire Spearhead is battle ready.
