No new codices released after August 16th will be allowed. We will use the latest FAQs available.
Format: For this event we will be using the 10th edition core rules and the Chapter Approved 25-26 cards. Players will decide between fixed or tactical secondaries each game. Armies for the event will be 2000pt armies following the standard army building rules in the 10th edition core rules. (1 character minimum, no more than 3 of the same datasheet) Each round will be 3 hours long. There will be a one-hour lunch break after round 1. Rounds will be Standard Swiss format. Tournament placing will be determined by Win/Loss record, then battle points.
Painting and Models: Your army does not need to be painted but WYSIWYG is encouraged for this event. Proxies or count-as models are allowed but must clearly represent the model they are proxying to your opponent. Please contact the TO ahead of the event if you are unsure or have any questions if your model can be used.
Prizes:
Prizes will be given for first, second, and third place as well as best painted as voted on by the other players at the event. Total amounts of each prize will depend on number of participants and will be received as store credit.
Other Rules: We will be registering the event with the ITC, so points earned during the event can benefit player rankings.
