—Every player generates a command point each command phase. For every 1K points in play teams will generate an additional command point.
Three additional universal stratagems that will be in play:

When: the beginning of any shooting phase.
Target: any unit destroyed by enemy shooting.
Effect: any and all of those models may shoot as if it is their shooting phase before being removed from play.
((Hold. The. Brriddg…1 CP))
When: the beginning of any fight phase.
Target: any model destroyed by enemy melee.
Effect: any and all of those models may fight on death before being removed from play.
((Orbital Rad Bombardment 2CP))
When: any phase.
Target: any point on the battlefield.
Effect: Scatter from the chosen point 3D6 inches. All units within 3D6 inches of the point suffers D6 + D3 mortal wounds.
Holding specific objectives will make these stratagems universal army abilities.
