Welcome to Want to Know More About Carriage Driving?Come join us at the Scottish Equestrian Hotel for an exciting event all about carriage driving! Whether your interested in being a helper, steward, back-stepper or driver, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more about this unique equestrian sport.
Our knowledgeable instructors will be on hand to provide demonstrations, answer questions, and there will be some hands on challenges, including try your hand at rein handling on the rein-boards, name the harness parts, attempt to put a set of harness together and "drive-a-friend". Don't miss this chance to get up close and personal with the world of carriage driving!
There will be a selection of leaflets available for you to take away and some carriage driving books for sale.
All proceeds from the event will be split between World Horse Welfare and refurbishing a wheelchair accessible gig.
