Settle in, receive your workbook, and set a personal intention for the journey ahead. There will be a gentle transition into stillness with breathwork and guided awareness. You'll relax deeply as you're guided through a soothing meditation, enhanced by gentle sound healing to support your inner journey. And then we'll take some time to absorb the experience, journal your insights, and share (if you feel called) in a supportive space.
