We fuse a rollicking outdoor snow-venture with soulful and soothing crystal bowl sound healing and yoga practice that guides a vision board creative session activated by your personal army of archangels and guides.
We begin with a guided mindful snowshoe hike along one of Park City’s best kept secret trails to a gorgeous overlook and then sled 20 minutes down a continuous 1.5-mile long snowy route through tall aspen groves and towering conifers. Throughout we ground back to Mother Nature and reconnect to our purpose with the aid of on-trail visualization meditations and release exercises.
Following our alpine winter wonderland adventure we retreat indoors for a gentle yoga class and soundbath meditation where we’re soothed back into our own sense of support and safety in connection to our bodies and the healing sound vibrations.
A delicious and nourishing lunch fuels the creative process where we learn how to interpret signs and messages from angel and oracle cards and craft vision boards that express our intent for the remaining season — guided by our connection to the Universe and our own personal army of angels and guides.
