A hands-on altar-making session will help you create a sacred space that reflects seasonal energies while a guided tea ceremony invites deep presence and connection honoring both the earth’s wisdom and your inner journey.
The guided mindful hike along a meandering Park City trail. Throughout we ground back to Mother Nature and reconnect to our purpose and creator self within aided by on-trail visualization meditations and release exercises.
Next gather for a sacred tea ceremony that fosters presence and introspection. With each sip you’re invited to reflect on the seasonal transitions within nature and within yourself. This ancient ritual honors the simple yet profound connection between the earth’s offerings and your own journey grounding you in the present moment and nurturing a sense of harmony and flow.
Following the tea ceremony in a hands-on altar-making session you’ll craft a personal space of intention and reflection. Using natural elements that symbolize the season this altar will serve as a mirror to the earth’s cyclical wisdom and a touchstone for your own growth. Creating this sacred space invites a deeper connection to the season’s unique qualities—whether it’s the grounding of fall the stillness of winter the renewal of spring or the vibrancy of summer.
