**PERFECT MOM-DAUGHTER MOTHER'S DAY EXPERIENCE!!**
Kiss limiting beliefs goodbye and breathe new life into the oldest story in the book: YOUR story. Immerse yourself in the magic of Park City trails as we explore re-writing our own story and creating an empowered approach to our future with words.
We begin with a guided mindful hike that helps to ground us back to Mother Nature and reconnect to our purpose with the aid of on-trail visualization meditations and release exercises. Calling in the transformative element of fire we then breathe our intentions into creation at Red Flower Studios where we’ll each create our own unique blown glass ornament to take home while enjoying a light lunch workshop where we explore how to release old storylines and use the power of words to transform our past into a motivating and activating future.
We conclude with a yoga flow class at Enlighten Wellness . You’ll gain new momentum and fresh perspectives on the way language affects outlook while receiving new tools to continue harnessing the power of words to reframe aspects of your life and create new intentions that serve uplift and motivate you. Through mindful hiking and movement, you'll realign your body and strengthen from within. - "Seasons of Ceremony" (Dec. 21 // Mar. 29): Reconnect with the wisdom of the earth and the rhythm of the seasons in a day devoted to sacred ceremony and honoring the seasons. Through mindful hiking and grounding movement, you’ll align with nature and your own cyclical essence. A hands-on altar-making session will help you create a sacred space that reflects seasonal energies, while a guided tea ceremony invites deep presence and connection, honoring both the earth’s wisdom and your inner journey.
- "Accessing Intuition" (Jan. 4 // Feb. 22): Learn how to listen to your inner self as we get out into nature on a mindful snowshoe hike, movement class, nourishing lunch and angel card reading workshop that brings you in touch with your greatest teacher: your own self.
