The infamous Lee Couch and I are meeting up at Central station to get a train to Wylam and jog back.
This is the last 10 miles of The Wall route.
It will be designed for all runners, more of a chatty/introduction event with a trip to Quayside Wetherspoons at the finish.
should only take a couple of hours to jog/chat along...
